1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing kd44.win, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the kd44 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with kd44's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the registered account holder) and kd44. The use of the word "you" or "player" throughout this document refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the kd44 platform in any capacity. The use of "kd44", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the kd44 platform and its operating entity.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the kd44 platform. Continued use of kd44 following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. kd44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

Access to kd44 is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years old or older. kd44 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.

kd44 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Where a player is found to be under the age of 18, kd44 will immediately close the account, void all associated wagers and bonuses, and return any deposits made to the original payment method used, in accordance with applicable law.

2.2 Geographical Eligibility

kd44 is operated specifically for players located in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that you are physically located in Bangladesh at the time of your registration and that accessing online gambling services does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you in your place of residence.

kd44 does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. If your jurisdiction of residence changes after registration, it is your responsibility to notify kd44 and to discontinue use of the platform if online gambling is no longer lawful in your new jurisdiction.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account with kd44. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kd44 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and historical wagers placed from those accounts, and forfeit any bonus balances without notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use kd44, you must complete the registration process available on the kd44 Login page. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, Bangladeshi mobile number, date of birth, and a valid email address where applicable. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

kd44 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to provide identity verification documents — including a copy of your National Identity Card, passport, or utility bill — before your first withdrawal is processed, or at any point that kd44 deems appropriate for security purposes. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by kd44 may result in the temporary suspension of your withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your kd44 account credentials, including your username and password. kd44 strongly recommends using a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service. You must notify kd44 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. kd44 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate password security.

3.4 Account Information Updates

It is your responsibility to ensure that all personal information associated with your kd44 account remains accurate and up to date. If your mobile number, email address, or other contact information changes, you must update your account details promptly. kd44 relies on the contact information in your account to communicate important notices, including security alerts and policy changes.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kd44 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, SureCash, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and is subject to change without notice. kd44 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their standard transaction charges.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to account verification status and kd44's prevailing withdrawal policy at the time of the request.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit. kd44 does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for a deposit. During standard operating hours, bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within minutes. Processing times for card withdrawals may be longer, subject to the issuing bank's processing schedule.

kd44 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where the withdrawal amount exceeds standard thresholds. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended while a KYC review is in progress.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawal amounts, wagers, and winnings on the kd44 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). kd44 does not operate accounts in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs associated with international card payments are the sole responsibility of the cardholder and their issuing bank.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

kd44 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions (such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL bonus campaigns). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the point of offer, which form part of these Terms and Conditions and take precedence where there is any conflict between general and specific bonus terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the bonus offer terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager the total bonus amount thirty times before any bonus-derived balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the bonus terms; uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

• Each promotional offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games or game categories. Wagering on restricted games will not contribute to bonus completion requirements.
• kd44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, including in cases of suspected abuse.
• Players who have previously self-excluded or who are subject to a cooling-off period are not eligible to claim bonuses during that period.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred between players or exchanged for cash outside of completed wagering requirements.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

kd44 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, structured wagering designed to artificially fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk, and coordinated play between linked accounts. Where bonus abuse is detected, kd44 reserves the right to void all bonuses, void any winnings derived from bonus play, and permanently close the account without notice.

6. Betting and Casino Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on kd44 are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport and market, as published in the kd44 sportsbook at the time the bet is placed. kd44 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the stated settlement period, or affected by manifest error in the published odds. Bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet was accepted, not at any subsequently revised odds.

6.2 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting at kd44 covers BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh national team matches. In-play betting markets close automatically at defined points during a match. Match winner bets are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). In the event of a match being declared a no-result or tied, specific settlement rules will apply as stated in the Cricket section.

6.3 Casino and Live Casino

Casino games at kd44, including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games, are governed by the rules of the individual game as presented within the game interface. kd44 uses certified random number generators for all virtual casino games, and live casino tables are operated by trained dealers under controlled conditions. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are available within the individual game information panels. kd44 shall not be liable for game interruptions caused by connection failures on the player's end.

6.4 Manifest Error

In the event that a bet is accepted or a casino game result is recorded due to a manifest error — including but not limited to an incorrectly stated price, a software malfunction, or a human error in odds compilation — kd44 reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and refund the stake to the player's account. This right applies regardless of whether the error was identified before or after settlement. kd44 will not honour winnings that result directly from a manifest error.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kd44 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the voiding of all associated bets and bonuses, and the forfeiture of any balance held in your account:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise unauthorised payment credentials; providing false identity information; impersonating another person or entity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker, live casino, or other multiplayer formats.
• Use of automated software: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, complete bonus requirements, or interact with the kd44 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting differences in odds between kd44 and other platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome. kd44 reserves the right to limit stakes or close accounts engaged in systematic arbitrage.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile financial service provider after funds have been deposited and used for wagering. Disputed transactions will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to generate illegitimate winnings or bonus credits.
• Money laundering: Using kd44 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by kd44

kd44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms and Conditions; suspected fraudulent activity or prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; a player's account being identified as a duplicate; or where kd44 determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to the welfare of the player.

Where an account is closed by kd44 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) remaining in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

8.2 Closure by the Player

You may request to close your kd44 account at any time by contacting the kd44 support team via live chat. Before processing an account closure, kd44 will confirm your identity and ensure that all pending transactions and active bets have been settled. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal processing times and KYC requirements.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to close your account for responsible gambling reasons, kd44 offers both temporary cooling-off periods (from 24 hours up to 6 months) and permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected period. During self-exclusion, you will not be permitted to reopen your account, create a new account, or receive any marketing communications from kd44. 8.4 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, regardless of the reason, all pending bonus balances, unused free spins, and promotional credits are forfeited immediately and will not be paid out. The closure of an account does not affect any obligations that have already accrued under these Terms and Conditions prior to the date of closure, including obligations relating to settled wagers, completed withdrawals, and verified winnings already processed.
